“Unknowingly walk-in during their lunch break, they proactively attend to me and even sacrifice their lunch time (also because schedule full and no later slots available) to treat my ankle soreness due to my long walk from Kl to Taiping.
The treatment was comprehensive and I felt super relief afterwards.
